REFUND POLICY

Effective date: 17 February 2025

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all Services purchased through the website seotegrity.com or otherwise ordered from Olha Tymoshenko, trading as "Seotegrity" (the "Provider"), including search engine optimisation (SEO), digital marketing and advertising-campaign management, and web design services, whether provided as one-off projects or on a recurring/retainer basis. This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Provider's Terms and Conditions.

2. No Refunds

2.1

All fees paid to the Provider are final. The Provider does not offer refunds, credits or reimbursements for any amount paid, in whole or in part, once payment has been received — including, without limitation, deposits, set-up fees, one-off project fees, and periodic (for example, monthly) retainer or subscription fees.

2.2

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether the Provider has commenced, partially performed or completed the relevant Services, and regardless of the results achieved.

2.3

Services such as search engine optimisation, advertising-campaign management and web design require the immediate allocation of the Provider's time, expertise and resources, including third-party costs (for example, advertising spend, software and licence costs) committed on the Client's behalf. Fees are therefore treated as earned once payment is received.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Services

3.1

A Client may cancel an ongoing or retainer engagement at any time by written notice to info@seotegrity.com, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the then-current billing period, in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

3.2

Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund of any fee already paid for the current or any prior billing period.

4. Advertising Spend

Where the Provider manages third-party advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads) on the Client's behalf, any advertising budget or spend transferred to, or paid via, the Provider to fund such campaigns is likewise non-refundable once it has been committed or spent on the relevant advertising platform.

5. Consumers — Statutory Withdrawal Right

5.1

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable statutory right of withdrawal available to a Consumer under mandatory Czech and EU consumer-protection law in relation to distance or off-premises contracts, as described in the Provider's Terms and Conditions.

5.2

Where a Consumer has expressly requested that performance of the Services begin before expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost once the Services have been fully performed, no refund will be due once performance is complete. Where performance is only partial at the time of withdrawal, the Provider may charge the Consumer the proportionate amount corresponding to the Services already performed, as permitted by applicable law.

5.3

Outside of such mandatory statutory rights, all payments to the Provider are governed by Article 2 of this Refund Policy.

6. Contact and Complaints

Any questions about this Refund Policy, or a request to exercise a statutory withdrawal right described in Article 5, should be sent to info@seotegrity.com. Consumers may also refer an unresolved dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) for alternative dispute resolution.

7. Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on the Website together with its effective date.
